How Laugher Affects Our Health

As we go into “flu season”, we were thinking about simple ways to help build up our immune systems. One of the simple things that we can do is laugh more. Not only is it a great stress reliever, but laughing increases our bodies “Natural Killer Cells” that helps our bodies to combat foreign invaders. Laughing is also good for our relationships.
